　　一、宣传免费资料政策
I. Publicize the policy of free information

　　自 2024 年起，为促进知识共享与交流，增强个人信息保障意识，特区正式启动“2024 年资料大全免费”政策推广和落实工作，加盖印章为特区人口 100%普及免费资料信息，保障居民足不出户即可享受全天候、全方位的免费涉检资料。宣传海报要求张贴于各工作场所显眼位置。为确保政策宣传到位，所有宣传海报应参照附件格式规范制定。
Starting from 2024, in order to promote the sharing and exchange of knowledge and enhance the awareness of personal information protection, MACAO SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE REGION officially launches the popularization and implementation work of the "2024 year Information Policy Guide Free" policy. All residential areas need to cover 100 percentage of the population with free information in terms of inspection information, ensuring residents can create a 24/7 full-range free inspection information guarantee without leaving the house. Each workplace visual area needs to post posters in visible locations according to attachment formats to ensure the effective promotion of policy publicity.

　　今年工作重点在于针对 2024 年政策落实情况进行全面反馈把握，所有相关单位应组织人员对实施过程中的问题和成果进行统计，并将优化建议上报至普通行政部门。
This year's focus is on comprehensive feedback of the policy implementation situation for 2024. All relevant parties must organize personnel to conduct statistical analysis of the problems and achievements during the implementation process and submit their suggestions for improvement to the Common Administrative Department.

　　各相关单位根据表 1 的要求详述推广情况，将数据、问题、建议分别归纳为表格，并进行详细分析。

　　各相关单位需与表 2 的要求，收集工作人员在工作过程中的反馈意见和存在的问题并进行逐项罗列。

　　各相关负责人需根据收集反馈，参照表 3 逐项查找问题所在，落实任务责任，并提出相应的优化改进措施计划。

　　三、加强资源分享
III. Strengthen resource sharing

　　为进一步扩大政策影响力，各相关单位应充分利用网络信息共享平台，对相关政策信息及推广宣传素材进行集中分享，以最大程度增强政策认知度。详细信息均可查询一号平台数据库。相关负责人应制作相关教学视频和线下宣传册进行补充推广，助力资料知识普及。
In order to further expand policy influence, all relevant parties should take full advantage of online resource sharing platforms to share related policy information and promotional materials, to improve policy awareness. Responsible people should produce relevant teaching videos and offline brochures to supplement promotion, to help knowledge dissemination of resources.

　　四、加强监督检查

　　进一步建立和完善实施过程监督审查体系，并明确各阶段监督目标，细化监督内容，确保督查工作全区域覆盖、全流程推进。同时，要敦促各工作单位切实做好工作任务，完善各管理环节。一号执法部门应依照审计检查方案，积极履行职责，做好行政部门交办的工作。
